Bonang Matheba Opens A Case Of Theft Against Her Former Zimbabwean Boyfriend.. Media personality Bonang Matheba has reportedly opened a case of theft against her former Zimbabwean boyfriend.
Bonang Matheba was allegedly in a romantic relationship with her former Zimbabwean business associate, (name not supplied). The two reportedly had a fallout after Bonang opened a case of theft against him in March.
According to City Press, Bonang Matheba accused the Zimbabwean business person of stealing her documents and attempting to obtain a visa for her without her consent.
“The complainant alleged that on Tuesday, March 15, she received a call informing her that someone had used her personal documents while trying to apply for a visa for her without her consent.
“The suspect who used to work with her is in possession of her personal documents,” read the statement according to the publication.
According to a source who chose to speak on condition of anonymity, Bonang’s former boyfriend had been planning a romantic vacation to the UK for himself and Bonang in March. The romantic trip was reportedly put on hold and her former boyfriend allegedly ended up ghosting her.
“However, the two had fallen out and the trip was put on hold. The businessperson had eventually ghosted Matheba. He doesn’t want anything to do with her, he blocked her everywhere on his phone a long time ago,” said a source to City Press.
Reports reaching iHarare suggest, that the pair allegedly began dating in late 2021 after Bonang returned to South Africa from her one-year stay in New York.
On the other hand, Bonang Matheba recently hogged the limelight after she accused PR executive Davin Phillips of trying to steal her luxury beverage brand “House of BNG.”
In a series of tweets on Thursday night, a furious Bonang revealed that she is not going to let anyone steal House of BNG, something that she has worked hard for for the past 15 years.
Bonang also said that she had tried to resolve the matter amicably in private. However, this had not yielded any results, forcing her to go public with the issue.
