Miss Zimbabwe Queen vs Miss SA: Meet Ndavi Nokeri’s Competition

Charlotte Muziri was crowned Miss Zimbabwe Queen 2022 at the inaugural pageant held on Saturday at the Harare International Conference Center (HICC).

The Miss Zimbabwe Queen pageant was introduced this year by former queen’s Tendai Hunda and Hilda Mabu.

Charlotte Muziri will represent Zimbabwe at various international pageants such as Miss Earth, Miss International, Miss Intercontinental, Miss Model of the World and Top Model of the World.

Charlotte Muziri will most likely represent Zimbabwe at the world’s three most prestigious pageants – Miss World, Miss Universe and Miss Supranational.  If that happens, Miss Zimbabwe Queen will battle it out with Miss South Africa 2022 Ndavi Nokeri.

Nokeri from Tzaneen in Limpopo Province, was crowned Miss South Africa 2022 on Saturday, August 13  at the SunBet Arena at Time Square in Pretoria. Her Zimbabwean counterpart, Charlotte Muziri is from a humble background in Chibi District.

Not only is Muziri a beauty but she has the brains to compliment her looks. She holds a degree in rural and urban planning from the University of Zimbabwe. At the time of writing, Charlotte Muziri is employed by one of the biggest real estate companies in Zimbabwe’s capital, Harare.

Not only is she a town planner, Muziri is also a published author and co-authored the book Environmental Resilience: Food and the City—Zimbabwe in which she contributed three chapters Related to sustainability ethics in the management of the physical, infrastructural, and natural resources in Zimbabwe.

She is a strong advocate of sustainable development and management of the environment. Charlotte Muziri was crowned Miss Zimbabwe Queen 2022 out of 11 other contestants. Four other contestants were also crowned winners.

Former beauty queen Brita Maselethulini and veteran media personality Tich Mataz hosted the event, while Jah Prayzah, Trevor Dongo, John Cole and Enzo Ishall took turns to entertain guests at the pageant.
