This comes as a reaction to a recent statement issued by Lai Mohammed relating to the arrest and prosecution of renowned church overseers like the lives of Pastor Enoch Adeboye and Williams Kumuyi for violating Twitter ban.
Meanwhile, Lai Mohammed has stated that the power to decide who to face full rigors of the law lies with the Attorney General of the Federation, Abubakar Malami while reacting to the decision of the Pastor Adeboye’s plan to defy Twitter ban.
Lai made this disclosure during an interview with BBC Africa Focus on Monday night when asked if Adeboye will be punished for using Twitter.
Remember that Adeboye had used Article 19 of the United Nations, UN, Universal Declaration of Human Rights to justify his use of Twitter (UDHR).
The RCCG General Overseer stated in a tweet that the church is domiciled in over 70 countries around the world, thus the need to continue tweeting.
But then, Mohammed claimed that Nigerians who used Twitter after the ban, including Adeboye, would be prosecuted.
In response to Lai Mohammed’s remark, Omokri stated that Lai Mohammed will destroy the Buhari government with his mouth more than Buhari’s opponents.
The Part of the tweet read;
“He has succeeded in alienating Nigerians from their government. He is meant to be an Image-maker, but has ended up as a damage-maker,”
